FOOD – that which nourishes, grows, repairs and sustains us – is essential for life. Many of us have developed complicated relationships with food, which may include some hidden threads of beliefs, habits, ideas and emotions that cloud clear thinking about how to feed ourselves. Any confusion may be fed by ever-changing, conflicting information coming at us at a rapid speed. This challenging situation is an opportunity to return to the core of well-being, which allows us the freedom to explore our humanity, discovering who we are and what we require in order to thrive, and to delight in life!

Because food is fundamental to our well-being, exploring our relationship with it can open doorways to greater self-awareness. That awareness gives us the opportunity to decide who we want to be, how we want to feel in life, what foods delight us, which ones weigh us down, and which ones are “clean fuel.” From there we can learn how to nourish ourselves and feed the qualities in ourselves that we want to nurture and grow.
